Planning Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for data centre and mission critical projects in London. The role is hybrid, offering involvement from concept through to completion across multiple RIBA stages.

The candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver high-quality technical information, and communicate effectively with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience on Data Centre and/or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong technical detailing knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting project delivery.

My client is a leading London-based architectural practice seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist with experience delivering Data Centre and/or Mission Critical projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led practice working on large-scale, technically complex schemes across the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will play a key role in the delivery of mission critical projects across multiple RIBA stages, producing high-quality technical information, coordinating consultants and stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

About You

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• Around 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience working on Data Centre and/or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
