A leading global technology firm in Swindon seeks a Data Centre Technician to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues. Candidates must have 3+ years of hardware and networking experience, as well as an associate’s degree in an IT field. The role includes adhering to safety procedures and participating in on-call rotations. The position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of tech professionals.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

A unique opportunity to join AWS as a Data Centre Technician. You will become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on one or more operating systems. You will be able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.
Regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rotation and requirement to provide shift coverage during emergencies.
