Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support.
• Install and decommission server racks.
• Manage cross-connect and patch panels.
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Perform visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Coordinate access for client visits.
• Be available for emergency response and on-call situations.

Skills

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Knowledge of server hardware

Networking and cabling standards

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment

Education

Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
