Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in structured cabling installation.
- Solid understanding of copper and fibre cabling types and standards.
- Ability to use basic cabling tools and testers.
- Familiarity with TIA/EIA, ANSI, and BICSI standards.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations within India.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a copper cabling and fibre systems.
- Perform cable pulling, routing, dressing, labelling, and patching.
- Install cabling infrastructure including trays, conduits, and racks.
- Follow drawings and plans to execute tasks accurately.
- Test and certify cables using testers to verify performance.
- Assist with containment installation and data hall prep.
- Maintain clean, safe workspaces and document work performed.
- Record cable infrastructure with diagrams and labelling schemes.
