Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of key Thermal and/or Power technologies.
• Experience with data center power distribution, generation or consumption from server to data hall.
• Knowledge of key suppliers of data center Power management components.
• Ability to take a concept to product.
• Willingness to negotiate competing interests to achieve outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer/partner leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Power and/or Thermal solutions from the server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers and integrated rack solutions.
• Innovate power-saving solutions for dense IT deployments.
• Optimize cost, energy efficiency and performance at server, rack and row scales.
• Work with external partners to create differentiated solutions.
• Clearly communicate complex thermal system concepts to customers and management.
