Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Technology Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives across Data Center & AI solutions. You will ensure performance, security, and availability while driving innovation and managing the technology budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor the technology staff, implement policies for compliance and data security, and guide deployment and ongoing operation of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience working a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 20%.

• Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of technology systems and applications.
• Analyze and assess emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure service quality and value
