Role Purpose

To support the Underwriting and Operations divisions through defined administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enter risk and policy data into the Underwriting system(s) within the defined Service Level Agreements.
  2. Ensure all risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure all tasks are completed for month-end close on an accurate and timely basis.
  4. Attend hybrid team meetings.
  5. File all documentation into the document management storage folders as required per Class of Business.
  6. Ensure that Underwriting files are complete and accurate.
  7. Obtain any outstanding items from the underwriting team.
  8. Assist with the training of new team members as required.
  9. Undertake other appropriate ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
  10. Report any suspicion of financial crime to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer immediately.
  11. Operate within the Company’s standards for Treating Customers Fairly.
  12. Manage any potential conflicts of interest to avoid disrepute to the company’s integrity.
  13. Advise Compliance of any complaints immediately.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate who has previous data capture and administrative experience. Excel experience is also desirable.
