This role drives business change across people, processes, and technology by collaborating with departments to assess and implement improvements. With curiosity and attention to detail, they ask the right questions to align outcomes with strategic goals. They coordinate stakeholders, IT, HR, and vendors to deliver effective solutions, translating business needs into system or process enhancements. As a change facilitator, they oversee adoption, managing UAT, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identifies opportunities to enhance business value through data by optimizing data processes, developing innovative data products and services, and improving data operations.
  2. Collaborates with various departments to assess, define, and document business data requirements, objectives, and operational challenges.
  3. Serves as a bridge between end-users, technical teams, developers, external vendors, and testers.
  4. Possesses a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, business scenarios, and reporting methodologies.
  5. Contributes throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and design to configuration, testing, and system maintenance, ensuring optimal operational performance.
  6. Develops and supports detailed, well-structured business cases for new initiatives and funding requests.
  7. Conducts impact assessments to evaluate potential changes, documenting business rules, functions, and requirements.
  8. Determines feasibility and develops requirements for new systems and system enhancements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  9. Tracks and thoroughly documents changes in functional and business specifications.
  10. Assists in formulating change management strategies for the organization.
  11. Coordinates and participates in user acceptance testing and validation of new system functionalities.
  12. Creates clear, comprehensive procedures for documentation and training purposes.
  13. Provides technical support through training, mentoring, and coaching for both business and technical teams.
  14. Works closely with the Data & BI Delivery Lead to ensure that new projects are clearly scoped and aligned with strategic or tactical business goals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in business analysis, large-scale system implementations, change management, facilitation, and analytical research.
  2. Strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
  3. Expertise in developing business cases, evaluating options, and assessing financial and operational impacts.
  4. Background in lending, banking, or financial services, with familiarity with relevant systems.
  5. Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  7. Skilled at presenting complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  8. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver project documentation.
  9. Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines and workload demands are met.
  10. Familiarity with industry-standard change management methodologies.
