Job summary

WeAreAspire Ltd seeks a Data Automation Manager to drive automation, workflow efficiency and API improvements for domestic and international research projects in London. The role combines hands-on technical work with coordinating delivery priorities across teams.

You will translate technical issues into business impact, strengthen QA, and communicate with senior stakeholders to steer projects. Salary is £45k-£60k DOE with hybrid London-based work (2 days in the office).

Qualifications

• 5+ years' agency experience delivering large-scale programmes and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong quantitative data expertise, including cross-tabs, dashboards, reporting, data cleaning and transformation using SPSS, Q or DisplayR.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on automation, workflow and API improvement, maintaining operational tooling while coordinating resources and delivery priorities.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, strengthen QA and governance, resolving technical issues and minimising downstream impact.
• Translate technical issues into commercial impacts, challenge risky timelines, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
