The Specialist team is responsible for providing consultancy and support to our customers and Sales teams around a range of technology-based solutions, including Workspace and Services, Data, AI, Networking, Security, and Data Centre. The key focus of the team is to work closely with customers, vendors, and account management to drive value and deliver outcomes through technology.

• Researching potential customers to develop new business
• Providing internal consultancy to Account Managers across Corporate Sales
• Achieving KPIs through market understanding, relationship building, and networking
• Providing technology insights to help customers choose solutions that address their business challenges
• Collaborating with sales, cross-functional teams, and external partners to enhance customer experience
