Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Data & Automation Analyst to join the operations team on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to permanency. The role is site-based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, with an hourly PAYE rate of £13.00–£15.00.

You will turn complex data into actionable insights and drive automation across reporting and processes. Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills, experience with Power Platform tools, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Interest in automation, AI technologies and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Analyse operational, financial and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting and data collection processes.
• Create and maintain business intelligence reports and visualisations.
• Support audits and asset management activities.
• Improve data quality, reporting standards and processes.
• Research and implement new automation and AI-driven solutions.
