The post holder will contribute to the development of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service by supporting the team in accurate and timely inputting of data on the National Audit for Cardiac Rehabilitation database. The post holder must be highly organised, pay close attention to detail, and be able to work with clinical teams as well as on their own initiative. The post holder will assist the directorate in maintaining accreditation for NICOR services by capturing accurate, complete and timely patient data to support submission of national audit standards and by producing reports using this data to demonstrate achievement of performance and quality indicators. The post holder will develop and maintain good working relationships with staff and liaise with clinicians, nursing staff, the Clinical Administrative Support Team and patient administration staff at all levels throughout the Trust. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work on own initiative are required.
