We’re hiring a Data Associate to help redefine how a leading private markets investment team captures, structures, and activates information across fund operations.

This is more than an ops role — it’s a chance to shape the future of data-driven insight at a fast-moving, high-performance investment firm.

Your Mission:

• Build and improve valuation and forecasting models from scratch
• Develop advanced portfolio analytics tools and dashboards
• Work hands-on with large volumes of data across investments, treasury, and fund operations
• Enhance the team’s ability to transition from Excel to structured software solutions and AI tooling

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong mathematical or scientific academic background
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex modelling)
• Curiosity about AI and data engineering to collaborate with the Tech team
• Experience or insight into private fund operations — treasury, fund accounting, or operations
• A detail-oriented yet ambitious mindset to identify errors and suggest improvements

You will work across functions — with investment teams, finance, and technology — becoming the bridge between data, decisions, and delivery.
