Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and development of our future data architecture, including scalable data models and secure integrations across internal and external sources. You will shape how data is accessed and enabled through trusted data models.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in modern data architecture, strong stakeholder engagement, and a structured, strategic approach with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and maintaining modern data architecture, including platforms, pipelines and integrations for scalable analytics.
• Experience working across data, analytics, performance, infrastructure and wider business teams.
• Structured, strategic mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves and deliver.
• Curiosity, collaboration and drive to create order from complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Turning Point UK's future data architecture, including scalable data models and secure integrations.
• Design clear, usable data models with semantic and reporting layers.
• Establish trusted data foundations through quality, integrity and accessibility.
• Document data maps and flows to help others understand and adopt designs.
