As part of a major digital transformation programme spanning multiple countries, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development of a strategic data and enterprise architecture roadmap. This role will focus on the integration of a central ERP system (Infor) and a cloud-based BI/data platform across seven countries, each with existing legacy ERP systems. You will help shape the data governance and architecture foundation that enables long-term efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities across the business.
Define and deliver an enterprise-level architecture roadmap aligned with the overall data and ERP transformation programme.
Lead data architecture design initiatives across ERP, BI, and Master Data domains.
Collaborate closely with the Data and Reporting Lead to shape the target state for data platforms, integrations, and governance frameworks.
Design strategies for metadata management, master data governance, data migration, and integration with Infor ERP and other applications.
Define and establish data quality frameworks, including technical planning for data structure documentation and auditability.
Evaluate and support the selection and integration of Infor’s native Data Lake and other SQL-based BI components.
Ensure seamless transition from legacy data warehousing (Microsoft SQL) to modern cloud-based BI platforms.
Work with the internal development team on establishing a global master data model and supporting system improvements and rollouts.
Translate complex data architecture concepts into clear deliverables, ensuring understanding across both technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with programme leads, BI, integration, and enterprise teams using tools such as Azure DevOps for planning and tracking.
Proven experience in enterprise application architecture, ideally across multi-country ERP transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Master Data Governance and Data Management principles.
Expertise in ETL processes, data migration, and metadata management.
Ability to design and implement data quality frameworks.
Understanding of ERP systems such as Infor (preferred), SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Technical planning skills, especially related to complex data documentation and integration.
Experience in managing enterprise-level data structures, particularly in financial and supply chain domains.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment with legacy systems and evolving architecture.

Experience with Infor ERP is a nice to have, but not mandatory.
Integration teams will manage physical data transfers—this role focuses on data content, quality, and strategy.
A follow-up engagement for project implementation may be considered after the initial design phase.
