Data Architect / Technical Lead

Salary: £110,000 plus bonus and benefits

Location: Hybrid working environment in London

Role Overview: We are seeking a Data Solution Architect with data modelling experience in the Insurance domain to shape strategy at a top London Market client. This is a senior technical leadership position.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience with implementations and data warehousing
• Proficiency with AWS and cloud environments
• Snowflake experience is advantageous
• Ability to create and manage data models
• Insurance industry experience is essential, including knowledge of London market insurance
• Global experience is a plus

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in the Insurance industry and data domain
• Strong technical background with a track record of delivering data solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Analysis and design skills, including data modelling and graphical representations
• Proficiency with SQL and database principles
• Understanding of reporting database systems and data warehouse systems
• Familiarity with IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
