Your role could include:

• Delivery of effective broker proposition to support the market facing teams and drive growth.
• Support the development of national network strategy through the provision of regional data & insight.
• Regular review of growth initiatives to ensure they are delivering profitable growth across the business.
• Support delivery & expansion of market leading Zurich Club Blue.
• Value Add Proposition.
• Assist in developing collateral available to brokers, including further development of Zurich Club Blue website & brochure.
• Assist in management of the VOiCE for S&D – managing S&D specific feedback.
• Collating and formatting data to present for review and further analysis across a number of different MI platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Exploring new ways to improve our data insight capabilities and delivery to sales teams and brokers.
• Assist in analysis of broker performance metrics across segmentation.
• Staying up-to-date with market changes, distribution methods, and our competitive position.
