Job summary

Back TO Work in the environmental sector is seeking a data-focused candidate for their first career within the industry. You will manipulate and collate final data submissions under various country regulations (WEEE, waste packaging, textiles).

The role involves supporting the customer-facing account manager, working with the UK data team, and ensuring data quality. Some supplier contact by phone or email may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support data submissions under country regulations (WEEE, batteries, textiles).
• Collaborate with account manager to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.
• Coordinate with UK data team to maintain high submission standards.
• Collate required environmental data, including weights information.
• Handle supplier inquiries by phone or email as needed.

Job description

A leading company in the environmental industry has a need for someone passionate about data and looking for their first career within the sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manipulating and collating final data submissions under a variety of different country regulations, including but not limited to, waste packaging, waste electrical and electronics (WEEE), waste batteries and textiles.

KEY DUTIES

• Work alongside the customer facing account manager to ensure that international compliance data is accurate and submitted on time
• Work with the UK data team to ensure all data submissions are completed to a high standard
• Ensure that all required environmental data (including but not limited to weights information) is collated appropriately
• Ensure data received from customer contains necessary information
• May involve some telephone/email support to suppliers
