Job summary

Glebe Farm School is seeking a Data and Timetabling Manager to lead the school's data handling and timetabling functions, ensuring accurate, insightful, and compliant management of student information to support excellent educational outcomes.

You will work closely with senior leaders, staff and IFtL Trust colleagues, driving school improvement through data analysis, strategic timetabling and the development of systems and processes that support operational excellence and informed

Qualifications

• Lead and develop the school's data management and timetabling functions.
• Work with senior leaders, staff and Trust colleagues to drive school improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure compliant management of student information to support educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data accuracy and reporting for student information systems.
• Coordinate and optimize timetabling across departments and stages.
• Collaborate with IT and admin staff to continuously improve data systems and processes.

Grade G1 FTE £37, 280 actual salary £35,669.27

Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, and Trust colleagues, you will play a key role in driving school improvement through effective data analysis, strategic timetabling, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous enhancement of systems and processes that support both operational excellence and informed decision-making.
