Job description

As our Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for producing multiple operational and internal customer reports across Sherwin Business Services operations.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possess an analytical and enquiring mind. The ability to manipulate data from multiple complex sources is required.

This role is based at Witney, Oxfordshire, with one day a week in the office and working from home on other days.

Qualifications

1. Business or IT-related degree qualification
2. Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including functions, charts, pivot tables, and lookups
3. Comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies
4. Can-do attitude, always striving for improvement and innovation
5. Oracle experience is highly beneficial

Responsibilities

Reporting

1. Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and delivered to stakeholders on schedule.
2. Review raw data and ensure report integrity.

Analytics & Insights

1. Analyze reports and provide informed commentary for insights.
2. Challenge report use to ensure value addition and target audience reach.
3. Identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers impacting data.

Relationships

1. Work effectively with team members across global time zones.
2. Build strong internal relationships within SBS and with internal customers.

Audits

1. Support internal and external audit reporting requirements.

Transitions

1. Support data transition requirements during due diligence.
2. Assess reporting needs to ensure readiness at go-live.
