Records and Data Administrator

We are currently seeking a Records & Data Administrator to join our clients dedicated team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective organisation and management of both paper-based and digital records, contributing to their commitment to high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities of the Records & Data Administrator include:

  • Review, organise, and catalogue paper-based and digital records for accessibility and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to identify gaps and improve existing data management systems
  • Devise and implement effective systems for record and file management
  • Digitise key documents while ensuring compliance with archival standards
  • Undertake data processing and entry to facilitate the transition to digital systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all activities
  • Assist with daily office operations, including answering calls and meeting preparation

Requirements of the Records & Data Administrator include:
