Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in data management and administrative support? We're looking for a Data & Records Administrator to oversee information systems, ensuring seamless integration of records and compliance with regulations.



Job title: Data & Records Administrator

Location: Ascot

Type: Permanent, full-time

Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum



Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
* Overseeing scheduling and system updates, supporting allocations and transitions.
* Managing various databases and record management platforms
* Acting as a key point of contact for individuals during onboarding and transitions.
* Providing administrative support across multiple departments, including performance tracking.
* Assisting with governance and compliance, including confidential documentation.
* Monitoring attendance and performance data to support progress tracking.



What We're Looking For:

* Experience in administrative roles within structured environments.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Understanding of confidentiality and compliance regulations.
* Willingness to undertake additional training as required.
