Are you looking for a unique and exciting opportunity to help shape the future of National Grid’s Apprenticeship Programmes? We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of Apprenticeships and experience of handling and processing data, who can help support us to deliver high quality and compliant development programmes. The role will sit within the Development Programmes team, reporting to the Apprenticeship Data Specialist. This role will work collaboratively with the Development Programmes team and our stakeholders within the business to ensure that our apprenticeship strategy is realised, with a focus on quality of learning, DEI and business critical capabilities.
A competitive salary between £34,871 – £37,947 – dependent on capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
This role is offered on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. We are also offering hybrid/flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need. Base location for this role will be Eakring.
