We are currently recruiting for a Data and ML Product Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements

The Data and ML Product Lead will oversee the lifecycle of data and machine learning products at RSA. Responsibilities include defining and driving the strategy for data and ML product development, ensuring alignment with RSA’s business goals and data strategy.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive data product roadmaps, outlining delivery and evolution to meet current and future business needs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including governance, to ensure relevance, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Collaboration with business units, data science teams, and technology groups is essential to identify opportunities and ensure successful product launches and adoption. You will define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance data.

The Individual

About You:

Success in this role requires experience in product management within data and AI/ML domains, preferably in financial services or insurance, understanding how data products can drive business value.

You should have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and data tools like Databricks, leveraging these for product development, data integration, and analytics. Experience working within Agile or continuous delivery frameworks, with a focus on iterative development and rapid deployment, is also necessary.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital, including engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Leadership and mentoring abilities are also important to foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
