Job description

I’m currently partnering with a world-renowned technology leader known for revolutionising industries through innovation and diversity. They are seeking a talented Data and Insights Analyst to support their EMEIA POS Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, global sales organisation responsible for driving revenue that fuels continuous product and service innovation impacting millions worldwide.

About the Role:
As a Data and Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing project management tools, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insightful analysis to senior leadership. You will work closely with both regional and local country teams across 66 EMEIA markets, acting as the go-to expert for POS system insights and training.

Collaboration is key in this role, working cross-functionally with project managers, system developers, and various stakeholder groups to optimise tools and create impactful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop reporting tools and dashboards to surface actionable data insights for senior leadership.

Support workflow management for POS programmes, validating tool enhancements and changes.

Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical project managers/system developers, prioritising business needs.

Analyse POS data and generate dashboards to inform leadership and operational planning.

Perform data reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Assist regional and local teams with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and monitoring recurring problems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience building corporate reporting systems with knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to represent diverse user needs.

Proficient in data visualisation software; experience with Tableau is highly desirable.

Familiarity with SQL and managing multiple data sources is a plus.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and communication skills.

Proven experience in data analysis, business planning, forecasting, and translating data into compelling stories.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2+ years in an analytical, systems, or technical consulting capacity.
