Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting, insight and analytics for the organisation.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on key customer data metrics.
  • Support the development of campaign and performance reporting.

TalentHubarelookingforanexperiencedCustomerDataAnalysttojoinathrivingbusinessbasedinCentralBrighton.YouwillplayakeypartoftheirCustomerDatastrategyatanexcitingtimeforthissuccessfulcompany.

KeyresponsibilitiesforthisDataand Insight Analystjobinclude:

  • Leadthereporting,insightandanalyticsfortheorganisation,focusingoncustomerdataandstorytelling,providingpro-activereportingandactionableinsights.Withastrongemphasisoncustomeracquisitionandengagementandoptimisinglifetimemembervalue.

  • Regularmonitoringandreportingonkeycustomerdatametrics.

  • Supportandprovideguidanceonthedevelopmentofcampaignandoverallperformancereporting,actionableinsightanddata-drivenmodelsforuseacrossthecustomerlifecycle(e.g.engagement,attrition,life-timevalue,segmentationandrecommendations/nextbestactionmodelling).

  • Producedatavisualizationstohelpsupportandcommunicateimportantlearning.

  • Wherepossible,incorporatequalitativefindingsintoquantitativereporting.

WhatyouwillneedforthisData and Insight Analystjob:

  • At least 4 years experience in a DataAnalyticsand Customer insight position.

  • MembershiporCustomerServices,B2C, Travel or Leisure sector background.

  • Experience of working with CRM's.

  • Strongoralandwrittencommunicationskills,withexperiencepresentingdatainterpretationandinsightstonon-technicalaudiences.

  • Experienceinusingdatastorytellingtechniques.

  • KnowledgeofotherdataplatformssuchMicrosoftCustomerInsights,MicrosoftCustomerData,MicrosoftFabric,socialmarketinginsights,andemailmarketinganalyticswouldbebeneficial.

  • ExperienceinSQL,SAS,Python,orRprogramming.

  • Knowledgeofwebanalyticstoolswouldbehelpful but not essentail.

  • SomeexposuretoAItoolssuchasCoPilot.
