About the Role

Are you passionate about improving educational and wellbeing outcomes for children? Do you have the skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders and deliver meaningful change? Are you committed to enabling lived experience to shape decision-making and policy? If so, read on to learn more about how you could join the backbone team in an exciting Collective Impact Initiative focused on enhancing school readiness in Mansfield.

We are a dynamic, forward-thinking team committed to fostering positive change through collaboration. The “Getting School Ready” initiative is a cross-sector partnership addressing factors hindering school readiness across Mansfield. We need someone who can engage with families, schools, and community partners to create a lasting impact on children’s futures.
