Job overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Data and Analytics Product Owner to spearhead our data and analytics transformation. As the face of this change, you’ll be responsible for integrating top-tier analytics capabilities across all business functions, empowering our teams to make informed, efficient, and effective data-driven decisions. Your goal will be to facilitate swift, structured delivery of data and analytics products, establish clear success metrics, and deliver tangible benefits that align with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Understand key business metrics and their impact on profit, revenue, and member retention.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritise analytics projects that deliver the highest value.
  • Expert in different types of analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) and their appropriate use.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Your skills & experience:

  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  • Proven evidence of identifying, creating and delivering successful analytics products and services that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of the different types of analytics and the ability to effectively apply to address business problems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
