Job summary

ICAS seeks a Subject Manager, Data Analytics and Risk to shape forward-looking learning content for Chartered Accountants. You will own the data analytics syllabus, drive data-driven decision making and ensure ethical, evidence-based content.

You will work with tutors, assessment colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a digital-first, high-quality learning experience. The role emphasizes data analytics, risk, and professional education, with opportunities to influence future business and finance

Qualifications

Strong experience in data analytics, BI, reporting and insight generation.
Experience with Power BI or similar tools to build dashboards.
Understanding of finance, risk or professional education environments.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own and develop data analytics and risk syllabus and content.
Develop learning and assessment content that is current and engaging.
Collaborate with tutors, content teams and assessment colleagues.
Ensure content reflects data analytics themes like Power BI and data storytelling.
Promote ethical data use including bias and governance.
Use performance data to drive continuous improvement.
