Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of project management delivery experience in data, technology or change initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong planning, dependency, and RAID management discipline.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams/markets in Agile or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedule (SIT/UAT and release readiness).
• Drive day-to-day execution: backlog/plan alignment, delivery cadence, cross-team coordination (IHUB + Finance/Risk).
• Establish and run governance: reporting, steering updates, RAID tracking.
• Manage scope, change control and delivery risks to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate key delivery events (planning, workshops, sprint ceremonies) and align stakeholders on outcomes and timelines.
• Track delivery status and produce updates on progress, risks/issues and next steps; drive actions to closure.
• Maintain delivery artefacts and documentation to agreed standards and auditability.
