Job Title: Data & AI Presales Architect

Location: 3 Days in the Nottingham City Centre Office, NG1 6GN

Salary: Excellent (We aim to improve your current package)

Bonus: Yes

Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional Health Cashback Plan

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The role of Presales Architect

The Data & AI Presales Architect is responsible for leading pre-sales engagements, supporting sales efforts, and designing modern Data & AI solutions tailored to customer needs. This role bridges business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that proposed architectures align with best practices, scalability, and business objectives. Additionally, the role includes involvement in project work, contributing to solution implementation and delivery.

About You (The Essentials)

• Experience in Data & AI architecture and solution design
• Experience in presales, customer engagement, and proposal development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience working in consulting, contracting, or professional services
• Hands-on experience with data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Fabric)
• Experience with data engineering tools (SQL, Python, Spark)
• Understanding of ERP, BI, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics)
• Full driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
• Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
