Job description

Our clients' technology risk assurance practice services span both assurance and advisory in nature, with the majority of their work currently being assurance. The number of advisory engagements is also growing rapidly, providing opportunities for individuals to work on a broad range of projects including advanced data analytics, IT governance, cyber security, technology resilience, IT internal audit, data privacy, and social engineering reviews.

They are seeking a candidate who can help manage the delivery of data audit requirements for their External Audits portfolio, oversee high-quality work, and develop team members.

This includes:

  • Scoping and planning data-enabled audit approaches to address audit risk effectively
  • Reviewing team work to maintain high audit standards
  • Providing insightful reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting regional TRA team with project and financial management
  • Inspiring, coaching, and developing team members; overseeing training programs
  • Ensuring exceptional client service delivery and acting as a point of escalation
  • Contributing to methodology development and efficiency improvements
  • Participating in networking, marketing, and representing the team at meetings
  • Sharing latest technology insights with partners, clients, and teams

Core skills include:

Using data analytics (SAS, SQL, Python, VBA, R) for assurance, experience with IFRS9 expected credit loss models, Power BI data visualization, developing data-focused audit strategies, interpreting IT risks, and training team members in data analytics techniques.
