We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Data & Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team within the Asset Finance sector. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on data work, including modelling, dashboards, and reporting.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 4 data analysts, setting priorities and mentoring to foster high performance.
• Contribute to the delivery of data solutions, building dashboards, writing SQL queries, and shaping data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data architectures, emphasizing dimensional modelling.
• Work with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of data projects.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from scoping to delivery and iteration.
• Demonstrate solid experience in data analytics and team leadership within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau to create insightful dashboards.
• Experience in dimensional data modelling and working with structured data environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
