Data & Analytics Manager

Location: Kirkcaldy | Contract: Full-time | On Site

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead a growing team and drive a data-first culture across the business. Reporting directly to the CIO, this is a leadership-focused role (around 60%) while retaining the ability to be hands-on with BI and analytics tools when needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a company-wide data strategy, improve data governance, and deliver insights that directly influence decision-making in Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Data Services team.

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

  • Own data governance, integrity, and consistency across business units.

  • Deliver reporting and dashboards to track performance metrics.

  • Champion BI adoption and a self-service reporting culture.

  • Define and execute a long-term data and analytics roadmap.

About You
  • Proven leadership experience managing data/analytics teams.

  • Strong skills in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Phocas).

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Experience in data governance and quality management.

Desirable: ERP (NetSuite), ETL, SQL or Python.
