As our Data & Analytics Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in this by using advanced analytics to gain a deeper understanding of our stakeholders’ needs and bringing your expertise to solve business problems in line with our purpose. You’ll play a pivotal role in leveraging cutting-edge data capabilities to unlock value and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.
You'll lead and develop a team of data analysts to develop insights & solutions which enable and accelerate execution of business strategy, with a customer first mindset. As well as this, you’ll guide and coach your colleagues to develop business solutions which increase the understanding of our business, including our customers, processes, channels and products.
