Job Description:

Pet Nutrition (PN) is a vibrant category in the FMCG sector. As part of the Digital First program, Mars Pet Nutrition aims to digitalize business processes and develop future capabilities to achieve growth and user-centricity.

The role focuses on digitizing Demand & Supply, requiring leadership in data and analytics, technical expertise, and strategic navigation of complex challenges. Reporting to the SRM D&A Lead, Global Director, PN Growth, this global position involves developing and scaling Data & Analytics products to enhance SRM potential within Mars, working closely with various business teams.

This project-based role is expected to last three years, with potential future opportunities within Mars. If no suitable role is available at the end, employment will conclude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the D&A delivery for Promotions & Trade Terms, aligned with PN's growth goals.
• Partner with business owners to implement SRM D&A capabilities, supporting growth and market share targets.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making culture.
• Design and implement scalable analytics solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
• Develop data strategies for effective data collection, storage, and utilization.
• Focus on value creation and adoption of analytics capabilities to deliver measurable impact.
• Engage stakeholders to align D&A initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing D&A team, fostering collaboration.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success.
• Communicate complex data concepts effectively and provide training.
• Manage data risks, ensuring compliance with privacy and governance standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership in developing data and analytics solutions with trade promotion experience.
• Experience managing analytical product delivery and translating data insights into business actions.
• Strong storytelling skills and experience communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization and manage external data/vendor relationships.
• Project management skills with multitasking ability in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of CPG and retail data sources and analytics tools.
