Package: Up to £105K + bonus and excellent benefits
Location: London, hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office.

Great opportunity working for a large Banking Institution in London. The Analytics Governance Manager is a key role in the Data Analytics Team, one of six functions within the EMEA Data Office.

This role will help ensure that Key Data Outputs (KDOs) within the business, including metrics, reports, dashboards, and models, comply with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Champion and be the expert on analytics governance standards, articulating “what good looks like” in establishing capability.
  2. Establish a robust Analytics Governance Framework across EMEA aligned with the EMEA’s Data Management Framework.
  3. Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to establish and adhere to Analytics Governance principles.
  4. Identify and classify Key Data Outputs (KDOs) across all EMEA departments.
  5. Identify opportunities for decommissioning and deduplication of KDOs.
  6. Create baseline assessments for KDOs and identify remediation activities for compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
  1. Experience establishing analytics capability, especially Analytics Governance or End User Computing Governance.
  2. Experience with governance frameworks supporting BCBS239 principles; ECB onboarding experience is a plus.
  3. Experience with cataloguing tools like Collibra.
  4. Knowledge of data-related regulatory requirements in financial services.
