We are looking for a Data Analyst with Korean language expertise to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends deep technical data analysis with linguistic and cultural insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide language, culture, and market-specific expertise to support digital storefronts.
• Use statistical and computational methods to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Build dashboards (Tableau), scripts, and workflows to streamline evaluation reporting.
• Shape dataset criteria and construct adversarial/stress-test datasets to challenge model robustness.
• Develop evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria and align with global policies.
• Lead the development of automated evaluation pipelines that collect, judge, and analyze model outputs at scale.
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, strategic guidance for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional-level expertise in Korean (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
• SQL: High proficiency in querying and manipulating data.
• Python: Strong experience in Python for data analysis (specifically pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter).
• Visualization: Hands-on experience using Tableau to create actionable dashboards.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business-facing insights.
