Role: Data Analyst & Resource Planner

Annual Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Location: Warrington onsite

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract - 6 month

This role focuses on delivering precise management information and optimizing workforce scheduling to drive informed business decisions and improve service levels.

Responsibilities
  • MI Reporting: Generate and distribute daily reports on call volumes, customer bookings, and staff schedules. Maintain and update dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Resource Planning: Develop and adjust staffing schedules to meet forecasted demands. Work closely with management to align workforce planning with business needs.
  • Forecasting: Use historical data to forecast staffing needs and adjust plans for peak times and special campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Continually refine reporting and scheduling processes. Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
