Starr’s Analytics (UW) team in London is seeking an analyst to support underwriting performance for ERS Syndicate 218 at Lloyds. You will develop data assets and dashboards, and work closely with Claims, Underwriting, Pricing and IT to drive data-led insights.

In a fast-paced AGILE environment, you will produce monthly performance packs, monitor KPIs, and contribute to initiatives across the business. A strong data background and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with data types including structured and unstructured data.
• Proficient in SQL and PowerBI for data analysis.
• Ability to analyse data and extract insights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data assets and analytical tools.
• Provide MI insights to track product performance and risk.
• Produce monthly underwriting performance packs with trends.
• Support financial planning and KPI monitoring.
• Promote data standards across the team.
