Job summary

B Lab is seeking a Data Analyst for the London, UK hub. The role builds dashboards, prepares reports, and runs analyses across topics from growth to standards/impact, reporting to the Director of Data Analytics & AI.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of analytics experience, strong SQL, and BI tool proficiency (Tableau/Power BI). This is a full-time, remote-first position with in-person onboarding in London, requiring work authorization in the UK or NL.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, CS, Information Management, Statistics, or comparable.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) and databases (PostgreSQL, AWS Athena).
• Programming with SQL mandatory; R or Python preferred; Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards across topics (growth, comms, standards/impact).
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with platform team to ensure dashboard accuracy as data sources evolve.
• Apply basic statistical methods and clear data storytelling to convey findings.
• Create reusable, well-documented data assets for global staff.
