Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join a UK-based property solutions company specialising in social and supported housing. In this pivotal role, you will manage and interpret complex datasets from both internal operations and external partners, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. Your expertise will help identify trends, highlight areas for enhancement, and support the company's mission to deliver high-quality housing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources, including internal systems and partner organisations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within data to inform business strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
