Job summary

CFA Institute in London is seeking a data analyst/associate to support Investor Relations analytics, product development, and portfolio monitoring. Strong Excel data manipulation and modelling skills are required, with a commercial mindset.

You will analyse portfolio companies, assess fund bookings, trading quality, and contribute data-driven insights to KPI and SLA reporting for the parent company. The role involves close collaboration with partners across the firm and office-based five days a

Qualifications

Experience with private markets, ideally a debt fund, but PE/Infra/RE will be considered.
CFA or ACA qualification preferred but working toward these qualifications will be considered.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Adept with AI and other programming languages such as SQL will be favourably looked on.
A strong academic background with a STEM degree from a top-tier institution.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
High levels of attention to detail and commerciality.

Responsibilities

Support Investor Relations with analytics requests and reporting.
Provide Product Development support as new products and funds are launched.
Portfolio monitoring and client services support, analysing portfolio companies and fund bookings.
Analyse KPI's and SLA's for reporting to the parent company.
