Overview

The Data Analyst reports into the Head of Analytics and is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier and Publicis product investment). The Data Analyst will be successful and enjoy the role if he/she has an inquisitive problem-solving mind, excellent attention to detail, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders. PMX’s reporting continually evolves and improves so there is significant creative scope to develop new skills and apply new tools.


Responsibilities

  1. Managing business investment data across a multi-market remit
  2. Ensuring that local market contacts deliver a range of reports on time and to a sufficient standard
  3. Using Alteryx to aggregate and clean data on a periodic basis
  4. Updating multiple PowerBI dashboards
  5. Responding to requests for data and inquiries into the figures from all areas of the business

Qualifications

  1. Excellent Excel skills: The candidate must be comfortable with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables.
  2. Experience using reporting and dashboarding tools for example PowerBI
  3. An understanding of the media and advertising space would be advantageous to this role
