Spencer Scott Ltd is partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Data Analyst who will turn complex, confidential data into meaningful insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, analyse datasets, improve quality and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical data solutions.

The role operates in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Winchester HQ two days a week. Experience with HR or sensitive data is highly valued, and there is a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data quality and governance.
• Experience working with HR or sensitive datasets is beneficial.
