Job description

Role summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling data visualisations, reports, and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders. You’ll assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing metrics to track both business and technical performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help shape project goals, build analytical frameworks, and maintain a high standard of data quality by identifying anomalies and ensuring data integrity.

What you will be doing:

  • Create data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Develop and track KPIs and metrics that measure business and technical performance, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, shape analytical requirements, and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring sources, identifying issues, and maintaining documentation and standards across all data outputs.

Formal qualifications or training: We’d love to hear from you if you have hands-on experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation. Familiarity with a data-oriented Microsoft technology stack is essential.
