Our studio is located in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are rapidly growing, developing games with cutting-edge technology, and delivering across multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Series S/X.

We are seeking a maternity cover for a one-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will analyze our games deeply, helping us understand and optimize user behavior for engagement and retention. This role is pivotal in influencing decisions from game design to marketing across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, distributing, and maintaining reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau and Excel
  • Mining data and performing deep analysis across all game systems to identify and address pain points in player engagement
  • Providing meaningful metrics on game usage and performance to various teams
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver relevant analyses
  • Collaborating with data and gameplay engineering teams to implement and maintain reporting data flows
  • Supporting the wider team in utilizing shared data resources in Tableau
What we look for in you
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Tableau Desktop
  • SQL skills, including querying large, complex datasets
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer is beneficial
  • Experience working in AWS / GCP environments, using BigQuery / Redshift as data sources is beneficial
  • Experience in the computer games industry is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
