This position is hybrid and will be in-office three days per week and from home two days per week. The in-office days must be in our Chelmsford, MA or Rye, NY office.

About This Role:
The Data Analyst, Marketing and Operations at USALLIANCE Financial will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. This individual will leverage technical expertise and analytical acumen to optimize marketing strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance stakeholders to uncover actionable insights, understand member behavior, and propose solutions for an exceptional member experience across the board. This individual will need to be able to integrate data from diverse sources and ensure data integrity.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is $75,190.00 - $101,970.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
