Data Analyst - Data Centre experience - London, Hybrid, £38,000 - £42,000

Robert Half is working with a leading consulting organisation to recruit a Data Analyst.

Role responsibilities:

1. Analyse, cleanse, and manipulate complex datasets from various IT infrastructure sources.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets and configurations.
3. Create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
5. Identify trends and patterns within infrastructure data to drive continuous improvement.
6. Support the maintenance and development of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Essential Requirements:

1. Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation of complex datasets.
2. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
3. Experience working with Configuration Management systems and CMDBs.
4. Practical knowledge of Data Centre environments and infrastructure components.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent documentation skills.

Desirable Experience:

1. Background in IT infrastructure operations or support.
2. Experience with asset management systems.
3. Knowledge of ITIL practices.
4. Familiarity with data visualization tools.
