Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced data analyst to support decision-making within the People Function, focusing on benefits, policies, retention, recruitment, and employee engagement. This role is vital in helping us achieve our diversity targets through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret people data such as demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance indicators.
- Present findings clearly and engagingly, with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the systems team to enhance People dashboards and reporting tools for tracking targets and insights.
- Work with the resourcing team to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in workforce planning to forecast future recruitment needs.
- Identify internal and external trends to inform People Strategy and initiatives.
- Support analysis of employee surveys and feedback to enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Degree or certification in Data Science, HR, Business, or related areas is preferred.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
